Bauhaus Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager based in London who will control the overall operational delivery across multiple projects, taking account of the technical, commercial and managerial requirements of the projects. The Project Manager will ensure that profitability is maintained or improved through effective leadership, high quality customer service and management of relevant support functions allocated to the projects, e.g. planning, commercial.
The key attribute required by the Project Manager is to focus on budget and manage the project from a commercial standpoint.

Bauhaus Recruitment are currently resourcing for Project Managers based in London for projects across the South of England.
Duties:
The Project Manager will be expected to:
- Provide leadership for the project delivery teams within the area of control on the projects in line with company standards and values working to maximise the potential of the teams and the individuals within them.
- Ensuring design and installation meets internal and client specifications and statutory requirements.
- Provide the appropriate Health and Safety leadership to all activities relating to the projects under their leadership.
- Manage the successful completion of the project/area under control in line with agreed quality and commercial plans to achieve targets within agreed timescales and cost constraints.
- Provide appropriate input to all monthly reviews in line with the business procedures to ensure that the senior management have full knowledge of the completion and financial status of the project.
- Provide input in the preparation of the business plans and budgets based on the initial contract parameters and objectives, supporting the senior management in the overall control for successful budgeting against agreed plans which maximises profit opportunities.

- Price and invoice the works and variations
- Manage sub-contractors
- Ensure payments made on time
Key Competencies
- Proven track record in the delivery of data and fibre cabling infrastructure projects.
- Ability to commercially track projects
- Excellent project planning and people management skills
- Good Commercial and Negotiation Skills and ability to control project finances
- Excellent technical datacomms knowledge & understanding
- The ability to delegate tasks and motivate teams to achieve their goals
- Good internal and external communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work and manage in high pressure and time critical situations
- Ability to Deliver results, to think around potential obstacles and meet objectives
