Job Opportunity: Data Cabling Engineer in London
Location: London, NW1
Position: Contract – Long term
Bauhaus Recruitment is resourcing on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, who are actively seeking experienced Data Cabling Engineers for contract positions in London.Job Description:
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Installing and terminating data cabling network infrastructure
- Installing containment systems, APs, and other devices
- Completing associated paperwork and adhering to project deadlines
- Creating and understanding site-specific risk assessments
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met
Candidate Qualifications and Attributes:
- ECS Card is required
- At least 5 years of experience in data cabling installation, termination, and testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive representation of the company
- Proficiency in reading and working with schedules and diagrams
- Basic IT and networking skills
- Skilled with a range of hand and power tools
- Must possess a complete set of personal hand and power tools
- Driver’s Licence
- Ability to provide references upon request
